AUTOFLASHER GmbH supplies exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 1 UGB (Austrian Commercial Code) — workshops, specialist dealers, file service providers and tuners. Contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 1 KSchG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) are not concluded.
No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As our offering is directed exclusively at businesses, the provisions of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) and the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) do not apply. There is no statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation in B2B transactions.
Our General Terms & Conditions shall apply exclusively.
Notice of Defects under § 377 UGB
As a business, the buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to give written notice of any defects identified within 7 working days of handover. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon their discovery.
Notices of defects must be addressed to info@autoflasher.at. In the case of justified defects, the statutory warranty rights under the ABGB (Austrian Civil Code) shall apply.
Goodwill & Returns
The return or exchange of properly delivered goods outside the warranty is only possible by mutual agreement and, where applicable, subject to a handling fee. In this case, please contact us in advance: info@autoflasher.at.
